Welcome to the St. Amant Jr Gators Youth Football and Cheer Organization!
Formerly known as the St. Amant Wildcats Football Organization, we were one of the first six teams to help establish the Southern Louisiana Youth Football Association (SLYFA) in 1990. In 2022, the board voted to officially rebrand as the St. Amant Jr Gators.
Our mission is to teach young athletes the fundamentals of football and cheer, while building confidence, leadership, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. We believe in developing strong athletes and strong character.
We are an independent, all volunteer, non-profit organization.
Teams are divided by age:

- B Team: Ages 9 - 10
- C Team: Ages 7 - 8
- D Team: Ages 5 - 6
Our colors are black and gold, and our mascot is the gator.
